1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon ground paprika

1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions
Prepare the Fish
Rinse the fish and pat it dry with paper towels.
Rub the fish with salt and lemon juice, then let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
Cook the Vegetables
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until softened and translucent.
